444jl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing, registering on, or using the 444jl platform in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 444jl and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with:

• The 444jl Privacy Policy
• The 444jl Responsible Gaming Policy
• All specific bonus and promotional terms communicated at the time of an offer
• Any game-specific rules published within individual game interfaces

These documents form the complete agreement between you and 444jl and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or understandings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the 444jl platform immediately and close your account.

To register and maintain an account on the 444jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during active use of your 444jl account. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on the 444jl platform.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Residency: You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 444jl platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent account closure.
5. Identity: You must register using your own genuine identity. Account registration on behalf of another person, or using false identity information, is strictly prohibited.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 444jl, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly authorised in writing by 444jl management.

All players must complete the 444jl registration process accurately and in good faith. The registration process requires provision of:

• A valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) for OTP verification
• A secure password meeting 444jl's minimum complexity requirements
• Age confirmation (21 years of age or older)
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

444jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal of funds is processed. KYC requires submission of:

• One (1) valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID)
• A live selfie photograph clearly showing the Player holding their identification document
• Any additional documents that 444jl may reasonably request to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or identity verification requirements

You warrant that all information provided to 444jl during registration and KYC is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your information promptly if any details change. 444jl is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by a Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 444jl account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens associated with your account.

You must not:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Allow any other person to access or use your 444jl account
• Use another person's account credentials to access 444jl
• Permit any person under the age of 21 to access your account or device while logged in to 444jl

You must notify 444jl support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. 444jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

444jl employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP-based login verification, and optional two-factor authentication. However, no digital system is entirely immune to security risks, and you acknowledge this when using the platform.

444jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your 444jl account balance upon confirmed receipt by 444jl's payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits typically clear in seconds.
• 444jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
• 444jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit, wherever technically possible.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to GCash and Maya is under five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking hours and the receiving institution.
• 444jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where 444jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All games available on the 444jl platform are governed by these Terms together with the specific rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Key gameplay rules applicable to all 444jl games include:

• All bets must be placed within the permitted betting range for the relevant table or game. Bets placed outside these ranges will be voided and returned.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel) under monitored studio conditions.
• Technical malfunctions — including server errors, connectivity interruptions, or software failures — shall void all affected game rounds. 444jl will return the relevant stake amounts to affected Players' balances.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the 444jl server logs shall be the definitive record. 444jl's decision in any such dispute is final, subject to the complaints process described in the Contact section.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 444jl games or the platform interface.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers available on the 444jl platform are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all 444jl bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: The first-deposit welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The standard wagering requirement for the 444jl welcome bonus is 25× the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and slots contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: 444jl reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, systematically exploiting promotional structures, or placing low-risk bets in a pattern designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay engagement.
• Modification: 444jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 444jl (duplicate or "multi-accounting")
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity on the platform
• Colluding with other players or 444jl staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or exploitation tools on the platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or other means
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the 444jl platform
• Abusing the 444jl bonus and promotions system
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444jl staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law

444jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. All players are encouraged to use the 444jl platform for entertainment purposes only and to gamble within their personal financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 444jl account holders free of charge via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your gambling spend.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds on how much you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the 444jl platform — including but not limited to the 444jl brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 444jl or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 444jl content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from 444jl software or content
• Use 444jl branding or trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 444jl platform

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 444jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit, or financial loss arising from use of the platform or any game outcome
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by circumstances outside 444jl's reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, or third-party payment processing delays
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations
• Losses resulting from a Player's gambling decisions or betting strategies
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of the platform

The 444jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 444jl takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

444jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• A Player has provided false or fraudulent information
• A Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• 444jl is required to do so by applicable law or a competent regulatory authority
• 444jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• A Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions

Upon account closure by either party, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

Players may close their own 444jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with the 444jl customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. The formal complaints process is as follows:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to 444jl via the live chat support channel or the support email address provided on this platform.
2. 444jl will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
3. 444jl will provide a substantive written response within 10 business days.
4. If the complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

444jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date updated accordingly.

Where changes are material, 444jl will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 444jl platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as provided for in Section 13.
